Ingredients:
1 1/2 kilos beef short ribs, sliced 1 1/2-inch cubes
salt and pepper
1/2 cup Golden Fiesta cooking oil
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 1/4 cups chopped onions
1 cup grated carrots
salt and pepper
2 pieces beef cubes
4 cups water
1 1/3 cup UFC Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp. Datu Puti Cane Vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
Procedure:
1. Season ribs with salt and pepper. Sear beef well in hot Golden Fiesta Cooking Oil till all sides are brown. Set aside.
2. Sauté garlic and onions in Golden Fiesta cooking oil till translucent.
3. Add carrots and season with salt and pepper. Cook.
4. Add beef cubes and water.
5. Add UFC Tomato Sauce and Datu Puti Cane Vinegar.
6. Add sugar and seared beef. Simmer till beef is tender adding water if needed.
7. Cook till tender.
