manager* at gamestop... he told me to play it before i bought it because it looked so bad... im glad he looked out, and now after seeing the online lag... im glad i smoked my 60 instead of using it on a vid game...

BlazBlue as much you all think is same as Guilty Gear succeeded way better than this...

Yeah I dont really get it either. They took out moves, characters, and even combos. Combos now feels about as primitive as in KOF 94/95. I love KOF, but I don't like KOF 12 for those reasons.
KOF 13 looks awesome though. Watch the Technical Demonstration vids. Everything looks like its back to normal again. And they took out the stupid clash system from 12, and the zoom ins. They ripped off the EX bars from SF4, but it looks like they actually put it to use better than Capcom did.
