My short and to the point, review of Macbook Air

So i broke it down. noted things that I would look for. Overall, i love the macbook air. great product. sexy. thin. quick. amazing piece of technology. any questions feel free to ask. by the way, this is a 1.6ghz 80 gb 2gb ram REV A refurbished.

I am really afraid to get this! I heard how it over heats, and is really slow! Is it true? I want it so bad but am really afraid I will be disapointed!

it doesnt overheat, to the point of where it shuts down. but it does get hot...

It's basically made for a second laptop. People who just need a computer for on the go with money to spend: taking notes, web browsing, iChat, etc. It's not made for a heavy work load.

@reallyred123 the air doesnt overheat because there is a solid slate drive which means the hard drive doesnt spin like the iphone ones

well that depends on your needs, i have a Macbook Pro 15" with the Core i7, but im going to buy a Macbook Air too, need Macbook Pro for making music etc and i often have to go to other places with it, so that why i didnt buy an iMac, im going to buy a Macbook Air, because when im in school, or travelling i dont need that much power, so if you need a performance laptop buy Macbook Pro, if you need ultra portability buy Macbook Air, or just get both :D
