Paraski Flex kite safety shackle

This is a safety shackle used for Paraski Flex kites.
I've changed all of my Peter Lynn Venom chicken loops to a stainless steel ring so they can work with this harness. I've also modified my kite surfing harnesses to work like the Paraski Flex harness:
1) remove steel spreader bar from harness
2) replace spreader bar fasteners at each hip with rings; takes 5 minutes. ($10)
3) run a line of Amsteel Blue between the rings; use larks head or splice it ($5)
4) slide on a Paraski flex panic shackle. ($20)
5) put a steel ring at the bottom of your chickenloop line. ($5 for ring and $5 for new Amstel Blue line. You could use Spectra.
I like the minimalistic Paraski Flex harness since I mostly buggy and snowkite.
May not be safer than a Wichard shackle for kiting but since it's used on all Paraski Flex kites it can't be worse.
