The P-40 will always be best remembered as the aircraft flown by Claire Lee Chennault's American Volunteer Group, also known as The Flying Tigers.

  • Always remember John Belushi character crashing his in downtown LA

  • @GTAPoliceCars those Aircraft weren't around back then, plus you have to keep in mind what stakes were against us and what we had available at the time dumb ass. It's not the most modern aircraft that go down in history as the "deadliest" according to this list, it's what aircraft did the grunt work and pulled us out of a major rut.

  • @crpdst2003 Sorry I took it wrong, Prattle and Sailor Malan quickly became my heros and they would be hard match for any country in any war.....Malan shot down Moulders and Prattle was killed only after 9 months of action(some suspect he shot down over 50 in that short span including 15 flying a Gladiator) I get a little touchy hearing youngsters bragging about this and that(yes even my fellow yanks) I think I was hung over some other remark in another youtube...cheers

  • @crpdst2003 haha dude hold your horses ;)

    i know..

u dont have to explain anything :P

this was a month ago i think bigdummy23 said something that the aussies and kiwis being the best??

well i only wanted to add south africa with it cause south africans had alot of good aces in the RAF

just like all the others yeees:D

    and the giggle?

I dont know dude come on its just a ''hiehie''

    xD

  • @mrgeorgemacho why the giggle? don;t you know the elite of the empire were the South Africans, Australians,New Zealanders, Rhodesians, etc.....settlers and pioneers they were a bit bigger than stronger than the average Europeans......many Aces from South Africa led the RAF in scoring as did many Aussies, Canadians,

New Zealanders, South Africans, Rhodesian, etc..... P-40 was rugged and was in production and served many theaters...

  • @isuckaman thats a bomber

  • @BigDummy23 and south africans hiehie^^

  • i love the p40C Warkhawk its the best plane ever!!!!!!!!!

  • i love the p40C War hawk its the best plane ever

  • they only use us aircrafts what about the zero or bf109

  • Deadliest aircraft? What about the B-52? How many people do you think one of them can kill?

  • @GTAPoliceCars Are you really that stupid? this is 1940's we're talking about....neither of those 2 planes existed. And if we're going off deadliest...well, the A-10 and AC-130 have had their fair share of kills, but the P-40 and the flying tigers kicked some serious japanese ass when we needed them the most.
