Baltimore DPW Solid Waste Truck (in traffic)

This is a City of Baltimore, Department of Public Works (DPW), Bureau of Solid Waste, rear loader. I believe this is a Mitsubishi Fuso / New Way rear loader. The City of Baltimore runs many trucks like these, and this is the only clear and up close video I was able to get.

The voice you hear at the end is my wife's friend, I was too lazy to edit it out. lol

If anyone else has seen a video or pics of any Baltimore City garbage trucks let me know. The last time I looked for any, I found almost NONE.

Ooohhh an Isuzu is it? - thought it looks more like a Mitsubishi... maybe different designs or something though. Guess this chassis isn't a waste industry leader :) Looks very nice though, would've been a neat one on film. Also really gives me the shits when people call garbage trucks "dump trucks"... there's a bloody difference! argh lol

Honestly, I don't think I've ever seen this chassis before in my life... :D lol So I was taking a guess at it.... but you are probably right... it kind of looks like a Fuso or something along those lines too. I actually filmed this truck next to Camden Yards (the Baltimore Orioles Stadium - Baseball) so it wasn't making any stops near there. I know what you mean about the whole "dump truck" thing... that's definitely a different vehicle.

The cab chassis looks more like a Fuso (another japanese truck maker)

Yeah it could be, I'm really not sure, it drove by me really quick and all the other ones I saw, were from a long distance.
