Recipe ..........
Little help .
See stove on other video with big dish http://youtu.be/5O45HmvtsGY

Oil
Onion
Green pepper or bell pepper
Carrot
Okra

I did use canned
Green been
Been and rice

I started steaming (fried) same time all fresh vegetable except the okra.I just add the Okra after when the onion, bell pepper and carrot little more fried . The young slide okra cook fester this is why i did add little latter.
After i did add salt, black pepper, paprika (Hungarian paprika or any)
Little more roasting time and i did add canned green beens and been rice .This two just need some heating time to mix together with the other good taste.

The stove very nice .I did cooking mach bigger dish on for 8-10 people when i cook for people on outdoor sport day or club day.
The butane hot burning and have steady heat.
Give me good quality cooking for the many time and easy set up and clean.
All best and

  • i am thinking about getting one of these we do alot of camping does the heat bother the fuel source at all..??

  • @billystaples1

Never bother the fuel source for me .

Check on my other video (the link under this video) in hot summer i cooking big dish .

I did cook in 30 f outside and the cold wind chill out the fuel and did slow down the burning but i cooked a long time (1hr 45 min) with max turn on cooked 5 gal sup .

I used two fuel cans and preheat the fuel and changed sometime for better performing.

So this make sense for not heat transporting true on the stove but have some problems on cold.

    All best!

  • nice to see the man cooking instead of the lady doing all the work! Men would be much better at cooking

  • @tribefenatic

I'm fine with the work also .

I like to cook for her and she like to back the the same .

In this situation i chose to pose with the camera she just seat like the kindly child .

  • No meat? What was in the cans? One looked like sliced beans what was the other?

  • @tullysika

No meat but i think good taste from the fried onion and salt ,black pepper, and paprika spices .

In the other can have bean & rice .

If i cook with meat this food good to fried fat bacon no using oil .

Other version using oil and fried some good smoked sausage in the base .

I eat lots of vegetable but on the pass i did eat more meat.

I can process meat ( skinning boning smoking )and many more traditional food storing.

All best and thank you for the visit.
