Phlatlight does make a 6000lm led. I'm pretty sure no one else has this.

The yield is low compared with other LED makers and the price is far too high to compete with existing light sources.
The large area die lends itself to multiple defects - most companies are making the die smaller and more efficient.
Philips(Lumileds)and Cree are way ahead of these guys in this technology.
