You've got to be good if both Statler and Waldorf like it.

4:10 video: From episode 508 of The Muppet Show, Señor Wences acts with Johnny and Pedro.
Wenceslao Moreno (April 17, 1896 – April 20, 1999), better known as Señor Wences.

One of the biggest acts in the country was Edgar Bergen & Charlie McCarthy..."they were on the air from May 9, 1937 to July 1, 1956. The popularity of a ventriloquist on radio, when one could see neither the dummies nor his skill, surprised and puzzled many critics, then and now. Even knowing that Bergen provided the voice, listeners perceived Charlie as a genuine person..." (Wikipedea)
My grandfather's name was Charlie McCarthy...can you imagine the jokes?

@kamphychair Senor Wences bad at ventriloquism? Yeah, right... he was on the radio because radio was massive, there were a lot of radio vents back then.
