My stop smoking journals have been a big help, dealing with this long road to nicotine freedom. Thanks to all for your support and I have also added a quick Nicorette review @ the end. If anyone is thinking about quiting or have quite smoking cigs come and join me on this journey.

I agree with you about having the pack of cigarette as a security blanket. I was dying when I didn't have a pack, especially when I smoked the last one. Now, I have a pack but I don't smoke it at all. It's good to hear that this worked for you and that I'm not setting myself up for failure. Happy to hear that you have not smoked...don't personally know you but still proud of you!

Great video! Even though I'm not a smoker I think its great to get the nicorette to help you out when you get a craving. It's liitle tools like that, that help us succeed in all the different things we do. Keep going girl, take it one day at a time and before you know it, it will be a whole month since you've had one!
