Super Mario Advance 3 - Yoshi's Island - 1-UP Trick

OK, so heres a little walkthrough.

NOTE: This can be done on any level with a projectile or an enemy that can launch back and forth and a Shyguy warp pipe.


First, make sure that you have less than 6 eggs on the game screen. (on your inventory, or not, or else the Shyguys will not appear) I recommend to carry no eggs at all. Next, get a koopa/paratroopa/one of those rolling guys (as shown in the vid), and carry it to a nearby Shyguy pipe. Make sure that you don't take too long to deliver your enemy/projectile to the Shyguy pipe or else Yoshi will swallow the enemy/projectile. Then wait for some Shyguys to pop up, and fire your projectile. When your projectile/enemy hits a Shyguy, you will hear a "klunk" noise, and it gets higher the more you hit in a row successfully. Make sure to stay on the screen to get your 1-UP's. You can stay as long as you want (seeing as there is no time limit), so enjoy your free 1-UP's for as long as you want. Do this on a GBA SP/DS while it is on a charger, and you have yourself over 9000 1-UP's. Enjoy.



NOTE: I died in the video to show you how many 1-UP's I have received by doing this. This was done on an emulator by the way.
