@MickieLJamesfan19 I wasn't sure, several on here have said to eat it cooked in porridge, others said it's raw. I think it's also probably like a lot of food and differs per area.

To those asking about cooking it, I don't know I'd look up how to cook it. They told me to eat it uncooked, I think they was playing with me.

Lol thanks everyone for commenting so far, just adding though I do respect cultural foods. Sadly this one did not please my sense of taste. Though other things normal Americans would consider odd often do. Insects so far seem to be my fav, I hope to review some prepackaged meal worms and crickets in flavor powder soon.
