Cambodia: POL POT INTERVIEWED BY KHMER REPORTER (2of2) [KH]

Pol Pot said that while "our movement made mistakes" during its 1975-1978 rule, it had saved Cambodia from Vietnamese domination. "We had no other choice. Naturally we had to defend ourselves," he said. "The Vietnamese...wanted to assassinates me because they knew without me they could easily swallow up Cambodia."

"I was the son of a farmer. When I was young, I used to farming with my parents." Pol Pot said happily, "Later I went to live in a pagoda... as is our tradition...to learn language and become literate. I spent 6 years at the pagoda. Two years as a monk. Comrade, you are the first one to know my history."

Do we all Khmers think that Pol Pot was a traitor of his country? Why did he let his own people and the world condemn him injustice just like that? Was he a real butcher of his own people like that? The real hidden answers will be clearly revealed to the world soon when all Khmer Rouge leaders/cadres are brought on trial in Phnom Penh. I am for sure all of us Khmers will turn our vengefulness and animosity against Vietnamese leaders and its people who brutally killed our families in the name of Angkar Leur from 1975-79 in Cambodia one day. Present and future events that Bad Karma will surely return to Vietnamese people in the near future. They tend to blame Pol Pot for everything bad they created.

There is a saying in Khmer: if you do good things you will benefit from good things, if you do bad things you will suffer from bad things. This is a fundamental law in Buddhism. Pol Pot will be considered a great Hero in Cambodian history one day in the future!

Yuon secret agents and spies who have secretly impersonated themselves in every regime, which all the people in the outside world and many, many of Cambodian people are terribly misled that Khmers killed their own Khmer people. But in fact, all Yuon secret agents are all behind killing fields since 1945/46 (or since18th Century) up until today. As Khmer old say goes: A Monkey eats all rice by painting a goat's mouth. (After the monkey ate all rice but she/he doesn't know how to hide their dirty trick so they painted the goat's mouth, which was accused of eating all rice. The second Angkar Leur is all pure Khmer blood leaders of the Khmer Rouge yotheas are Pol Pot, Ieng Sary, Khieu Samphan and some other close associates of his...etc. This second Angkar Leur of Pol Pot who was so busy protecting Samdech Euv Sihanouk and his royal families from being snatched away by Yuon secret agents/the first Yuon Angkar Leur/Cap Tren. Pol Pot, Ieng Sary and Khieu Samphan who couldn't even sleep properly in their beds because the first Yuon Angkar Leur/Cap Tren also wanted to assassinate them all was to erase all concrete evidences. Whilst the second Angkar Leur of Pol Pot was trying to round up the members of the first Yuon Angkar Leur/Cap Tren sending to Tuol Sleng Prison, known as "S21" in Phnom Penh. The second Angkar Leur of Pol Pot also tried to round up many of his members, who were unfairly accused of being Yuon secret agents, were opposed to his regime, were also brutally tortured and killed in "20th century Genocide of S21 Prison". The second Angkar Leur of Pol Pot could not exterminate all Yuon secret agents who had secretly impersonated as the first Yuon Angkar Leur/Cap Tren of super-illiterate-ignorant Khmer Rouge yotheas and former cruel bandits. This first Yuon Angkar Leur/Cap Tren took a unique golden opportunity in revengefulness and animosity by starting to kill the Khmer Rouge yotheas of the second Angkar Leur of Pol Pot and Cambodians so madly when Yuon Hanoi Dracula leaders had a secret green light from inside of Cambodia by launching fierce attacks against their comrades-at-arm rescuing Cambodian victims from both Angkar Leur/Cap Tren of Yuon and Pol Pot.

China supported Pol Pot, giving him $100million in weapons every year. US also supported Khmer Rouge thru Thailand. Because of the foreign-brokered "peace deal" the Khmer Rouge members are part of the govt, and they will prevent any of their comrades from being brought to justice.

By the way, I am a Laotian ethnic born in Laos but grow up here in the state. My country is under communist control by some of the dumbass leader that never graduated from college. No wonder Laos still fall behind today. The citizen of Lao need some well educated leader to lead the country if they want to compete with the world. If Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar believe in capitalism. Their country would of be like Thailand, China, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, and other rich asian nation. My personal opinion. The French saw that cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, and Myanmar are among the poorest and lack of modern technology during that time. They just want it to help develop the country. As far as history writing, Thailand is successful today in high technology and infastructures. Why? because they believe that the French was helping them develop the country and stick to the plan. Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar fall behind because they think they're smarter.

The Chinese, the Vietnamese government knew when there were a lot of killings were going on in Cambodia, but they did nothing. They probably even taught type of politics ideology to Pol Pot teams. The United States Government knew about this killing as well, but there was not much oil in Cambodia at the time.
