Spira International is the naval architecture website of Jeff Spira, a mechanical engineer, lifelong boat builder, boat designer, and boat captain, cruising, sailing and fishing offshore for over 40 years.
The Spira International website sells plans to build boats from 7' to over 30' of all varieties, including canoes, kayaks, row boats drift boats, sailing sharpies, dories, pacific power dories, Carolina dory skiffs, v-bottom boats, displacement cruisers, mullet skiffs, and McKenzie River drift boats.

This guy has a very homey way of speaking, and the info and pics seem very reasonable and realistic. unlike the ones touting plans4boats which just seem to have something not right. I like that the study plans are free, and the other free ebooks appeal to me, I'm heading over to his site right now.
