Actually before Dani came, they were starting to put the two of them together. Matthew almost kissed Destiny in one episode. He obviously cares for her. I think it would be cute to put the two of them together.

Dani wanted to have sex with Matthew because she was scared her first time would be from a rapist. That makes a lot of sense.

I don't think she is a bitch. She only disrespects those that disrespect her first. She is very considerate towards Starr, Cole, Hope, Blair, Bo, Nora, Rachel. Other than Tea, Todd and Jack, who has she had interactions with?

I never saw them putting them together. Matt and Dani have been interrupted...constantly. But, Matthew keeps going back in to finish the kiss. With Destiny, he never did go back in for another one. He does care for her...as a friend, but he is falling in love with Dani. And Dani is 15, it does make a lot of sense, especially after everything she's been through. But, they didn't, and Dani is realizing just how amazing Matt is. Matt and Des look awkward together, especially after EA grew.

Why would they put Matt and Destiny back together? One, he only saw her as a friend and two, they never had any romantic chemistry. Dani is nothing like Stacy. For one, Dani is 15!!!! Her entire life has been a lie and finds out her bio dad is a rapist and a criminal. Dani does care about people. Why else would she help Matthew get to Seattle for his surgery and then stay around to see how it went? Because she actually cares about him.

When has Destiny every shown she cared about Dani? Destiny always Dani as a roadblock to her fairy tale dreams. She didn't care that her mother was trying to drag her away again. Destiny is the one who was being a selfish thoughtless bitch.

How does Dani have no concern over other people's feelings? The obvious one is she cares a great deal about Matthew. Other than that, she has shown concern over Blair, Starr, Cole and Hope. She even showed concern over Jessica when she was kidnapped.

Matthew never dumped Destiny because they were never a couple. And I'm sure Dani would have been by Matthew's side from the beginning too if they had know each other. From the moment they met, the wheelchair didn't matter to Dani. She was the one who busted Matt out of London and got him to Seattle. Matthew is falling in love with Dani but only sees Destiny as a friend...like he always has.
