Another dive on the Eagle Wreck with KeyDives.com in Islamorada, Florida on February 2, 2011. The Eagle is a freighter that was sunk intentionally in December of 1985. It is nearly 300 feet long. The rope to the surface is tied off on a railing on the port side at a depth of about 75 feet, and the starboard side of the ship is on the bottom at about 110 feet. We start near the stern and work our way over the cracked-open part and all the way to the bow, then head back. I shot this with a Canon Powershot A570 camera in a Canon WP-DC12 housing with an Inon UWL-105AD wide angle wet lens attached. Just for fun, I taped a couple of small flashlights to my strobe. They certainly didn't work as well as a video light would, but occasionally they help give a glimpse of color you wouldn't see without them.
