This is Day 1 of the 3 Minute Workout Series called "NO MORE EXCUSES"!!!!
You can use this workout as your Monday workout or you can take all the Days 1-6, and spread them out over your whole day and do that 2-3 times per week, or you can do them all at once for a 25-30 minute workout... and do that 2-3 times per week. All kinds of ways you can use this series.

If you have a hard time finding time to workout, or dread working out, or don't have any money for a gym membership, or find it hard to leave the office to get your workout in, or have kids that keep you busy with very little time for yourself...

Then this Series if for YOU!

This is a 3 minute workout series for Monday thru Friday or Saturday.

3 minutes a day is ALL you need!

You can spare that... can't you?

These workouts are quick, to the point, and effective!

Watch this clip to see Day 1 of this series and then 5 more clips after that for the weekly series that you can use to get your workouts done even with a busy schedule.

  • i liked this. i'm super skinny and trying to bulk up because i have a great frame but it's impossible for me to gain weight. i'm doing a protein shake each morning and trying your videos. just did this one. awesome workout. i really feel it. better than any arm exercise i've done!

  • like it a lot, but the thing is i am a beginner and it's hard for me to do 30 can i just do 15? can you also give me your secret ab work out. you look amazing...!

  • @jennykiid246 11 year olds shouldn't really be doing these things. Yet. Do it when you're 15. Should be old enough. But good job on being able to do these things now.

  • I'm 11 .and its easy enough with the push ups..what about insead of weights you could do bicyle

  • I'm finding it hard doing the push ups, although it frustrates me I still try to do them but can't do it for long. I can only manage to do about 3 or 4 before I give up. I love the rest of the work-outs and can see the results. It's just the push ups that I need more help with.
