Dont get me wrong I love me some Kelly Clarkson but if we r talking strictly vocal ability Tamayra had that in the box. But its ok she didnt make it cuz she still doin her thing on broadway gettin to share her voice with the world anyways.

She could sing the phone book and make it sound amazing. She should have been in the finals with Kelly, it would have been amazing

Not really into this version. Fantasia absolutely slayed this song - took it to church and back! Then again, a very hard song to sing....

awesome performance! love her voice! one of the great black diva voices in american idol!!! other favorites: kimberley locke, jennifer hudson, vonzell solomon, jordin sparks, melinda doolittle.. after them, there's none unfortunately! :(

perhaps if she auditioned for American idol seasons 2,3,5&6she might get the title..the competition during season 1 is really tough!
