i dont know if it sounds better slower or faster, slower you can hear the guitar riff better and it sounds abit more funkier

I don't know if Perm was still playing with them when they recorded stuff. My guess would be Tim "Curveball" Wright. This doesn't sound like Jay Lane to me.
The style of drumming reminds me of the Easter Egg on the Animals DVD where Curveball is playing Sgt. Baker.
