Learn how to make easy appetizers for your next grilling get together with Meijer Grilling 1-2-3

Chef Ray shows Beth how to make simple grilled appetizers like stuffed peppers or stuffed poppers and stuffed mushrooms. For stuffed peppers, use the popper holder and seed extraction tool, or de-seeder. Cut the top of the pepper off and turn the tool to carve out the seeds. Place empty peppers in the popper holder and add filling such as cream cheese, chives, bacon and cheddar cheese. Mix filling and put in a zip top bag, cut off a corner tip and squeeze into the peppers. Top with cheddar cheese and chives. Place your popper holder on the grill for about 15-20 minutes. For stuffed mushrooms, fill mushrooms with bread crumbs, crab meat, herbs and spices and place directly on the grill, a cedar plank or in foil.
