@duckdown1993 And fear is the main reason for formation of civilization by a new reflex thing called contempt. It was contempt for fe ar that made us inteligente and what made us come to such a developed phase of civilisation. Now by killing children and feeling safe about it would make fear disappear and with it contempt for it. So we would be at the same phase that we were in natural state. People need to be restricted in order to keep the civilisation and the growth of mind.

@duckdown1993 Among emotions is fear. Fear is terrible thing for intellect (and in times of fear(middle age) murder was seen on two ways:1.They were horrified when someone who they think was good was killed and 2. when someone who they didnt like was killed they enjoyed it- that was obviously very subjective because great thinkers were killed).

@duckdown1993 I can understand what you are trying to say but you have idealistic image of human. We are not some perfectly intellectual beings, we live for sensual joys and in some perfect environment we have no interes for intellect. However we live in reality and in reality as way of surviving we developed emotions(actually they were developed in us since we are just a bit more complexed plants).

Murder is pretty uncommon within societies - either tribal or modern. Murder was almost unheard of primitive societies and its even more unheard of (statistically speaking) in industrial ones. Killing one another is a very bad adaptive trait so to see the natural state as that of perpetual killing is unfounded. Inter-tribal or inter-national conflict is aonther story,

@duckdown1993 The point is that man needs to be violent only when it is necessary since murder has some bad effect on human being. So state shouldnt let people kill children just because they want sex.
