This guy fell out of his nest and my kids found it. Instead of letting a neighborhood cat destroy it, we brought him inside and gave him food and water. We'll try to keep him till he can fly then set him free. It's amazing when he's hungry! Little guy can EAT !!

that was so cute! but one question why are you housing this wild bird did it lost its Mother and Father is it hurt? Don't forget to return it to the wild when its ready =)

It needs more food my brother and I feed our two baby pigeons every five-six hours until they want no more. They love bread crumbs mixed with warm water

A mother bird feeds its babies something every 15-45 minutes all day long. If you don't do the same it will die.

@tize79 he could have died also from the stress of the fall, i fed my baby sparrows with water but i made sure the pipette was further down in their mouth, that was only because their food was dry as bird formula wasnt available where i was situated at the time ^_^

Poor thing. It's a baby mockingbird and needs a LOT more food than that. Also, never put water in a baby bird's mouth. He has a hole in his tongue that leads directly to his respiratory system and you can drown him easily. If you find a baby bird, search for a *wildlife rehabilitator* - the only ones besides bird moms and dads who know how to raise a baby bird!!

. we took care of one and got it crickets. the thing would beg for so many till the last cricket was sticking out of its mouth. wed take it out and it would still beg for more even though it was full

I feel so sad that this little baby bird died. It would have been best to put this bird back into its nest - its mom would have taken care of it. Clearly, he's not getting enough food and probably starved

wtf u stupid guys are just feeding it specks of foods. It needs more than that!!! U would'nt just feed ur kids with 1 or 2 jellybeans to keep them alive rite?!!! Geez, use some common sense, AND it's just a baby bird, it cant BITE. It could've made it if you'ld have fed it more food properly!!
