http://www.myzeo.com - Tim Ferriss, author of The Four Hour Week and the Four Hour Body, shares one of his secrets for tapping into the body's potential.

"Sleep is either the force multiplier or the biggest handicap so if you're not sleeping properly, what you do besides that really doesn't matter. You'll have to work ten times harder to get the results that you want, if you can get them at all, whereas if you fix your sleep, certainly for any type of muscular gain--especially for endurance training—you have to sleep and you have to have high quality, restorative sleep. And it doesn't happen if you're making certain kind of mistakes.
The Zeo will help you to, at least, become aware of what your current state of affairs is. People think they're getting just enough sleep and they're not, even if they're in bed for 9-10 hours, which was the case with me. I was in bed for a long time but it didn't mean that I was getting good rest."

  • Food fills the gas tank. Sleep charges the battery. Without both, the machine wont go.

  • @WithBACON And what other term would you use? "Force multiplier" fits this context perfectly.

  • This guy is a fucking idiot, whats the point of putting some shitty little video that nobody can hear or see properly up on youtube?
