You can get all worked up over this and give yourself a stroke or you can calm yourself and give the driver the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he didn't see the ambulance and had his music blasting. Then he stopped because that's what many people do when they panic and see an ambulance on their tail, rather than pulling over to the nearest curb like you're supposed to.
