At the time of its' completion, this Krogers at the intersection of Beechmont Ave & Five Mile Rd in Anderson Township (just east of Cincinnati) was billed as the largest in the world.

Besides all the regular store departments, this store also has a jewelry store inside, as well as a couple sit-down cafes. One is a Japanese-style sushi bar-type restaurant. Of course, there is a pharmacy, a Fifth Third bank, and even a video rental kiosk.

I like the bank because it's open 7 days a week!

Who needs a mall when you can almost get everything done at a hypermarket such as this?

  • their are 6 kroger stores bigger than that one in the tristate alone

  • @BAFDe13- I don't doubt that. This video is 4 years old. Bigger ones will inevitably be built.

  • 397 is bigger

  • No one knows what 397 means.

  • @CincinnatiGifts 397 is the store number, genius.

  • @SYNYSTERx1- No shit, asswipe. Most people in the industry know that stores nd restaurants are frequently referenced by store number. What I was wanting was some clarification from the person who first wrote 397 was that that was the store number, so everyone else would know, genius. I hardly think everyone who read that knew what 397 meant. Hell, it could've meant the store on ROUTE 397 for all we knew, genius.

  • its not Krogers its KROGER!

  • actually sidwalkpilot, Wal Mark is not OK, because it doesn't complete the whole name first. Unlike saying Krogers, it still contains Kroger, not something like Kroker, or Krogem, or your Wal-Mark, you can say Wal-Marts, but that still doesn't seem as fitting as Krogers.

  • i think the one in centerville is the biggest in ohio and the tristate area

  • I'm glad nobody in the comments that I can see called it "the" Kroger. What the fuck? The store's named after a man with the last name of Kroger, not something that "krogs".

  • They put niacin in their chicken !!!

  • The Harrison store is bigger now. It has a whole wing dedicated to home goods and furniture.

  • @suprmriolndlvr1234 On the other extreme, the SMALLEST Kroger has to be the 1940's-era store on Rt. 78 in McConnellsville, OH.

  • @TheMcReviewer They do not have Publix here in Ohio.
