Typical of the made in America shit of that era. I remember talking myself blue in the face trying to get a gym owner to repair that crap. And it was a "Nautilus" gym. Utterly useless.

arther jones son owns hammer strength. these old machines with the chain drive have this really smooth feel lyk no other. dont get me wrong i luv hammerstrength also, id be lost without it! lol

i bought a couple of these machines and im surprisd at just how smooth they are. People dont be fooled by the old look cuz these machines do the job and more!!and some of these machines are way older than i am
