MALE VOICE 1 (Caucasian Male, Troy Baker) - Kind of a dick. Is supposed to be the same White "default Protagonist" from the original Saints Row, only ten years older. Has the same knowledge and following of fashion trends as the Saints Row 1 protagonist. Has a sense of humor about killing. The least aggressive/pissed off of the Male boss voices, but just as much of a remorseless killer. Frequented massage parlors during high school. Shares Kinzie's dislike of video games. Loves Jane Eyre books. Is more evil than good. Catchphrase: "Fuck my life..."
MALE VOICE 3 (Cockney British Male, Robin Atkin Downes) - Though not the same voice actor, is supposed to be the same Cockney voiced Boss from Saints Row 2. Did not grow up in Stilwater. Implied to have been in war and has Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. More serious than the other Boss voices. Dislikes most people, in general. Is a bit of a loner. Considers himself more American than British. Calls french fries "fries" instead of the British term "chips." Is the Volition team's favorite voice to use (they may be British themselves, especially by the way things are spelled in the game, like "Favourite.") Is far more evil than good. Catchphrase: Calling people "Sunshine..." (A British slang word, not the Samedi lieutenant).
ZOMBIE VOICE (Zombie Male, Steve Blum) - Can only be understood by other Saints. Speaks somewhat decipherable English in cutscenes. Secretly DOESN'T like brains. Is more undead than dead. Catchphrase: "Ooh reh cheh bleh GAH!"
FEMALE VOICE 2 (Russian Female, Tara Platt) - Grew up very poor and moved to the U.S. and Stilwater when younger. Had a father similar to Oleg. Grew up to be so tough because of her father. Was exposed to crime/violence at an early age. Is very much a hopeless romantic and/or just horny all the time. Is openly in love with Pierce (though he likely doesn't feel the same way). Loves getting drunk (A Russian stereotype) especially on Vodka. Doesn't like Hot Dogs or Hot Dog Mascots. Claims to know many sexual positions. Considers herself both a great dancer and singer, although she's arguably not good at either. Is less serious than the other Boss voices, but more of a remorseless killer. Is more business savvy than the others. Is one of the many cousins of Niko Bellic, apparently. Is more good than evil. Catchphrase: "Comrade!"
FEMALE VOICE 3 (Hispanic Female, Rebecca Sanabria) - Is the same Hispanic female voice from Saints Row 2. Frequently speaks in Spanish, so is bilingual. Is the kindest of all the Saints Bosses. Has a small crush on Pierce. Is more maternal than any of the other voices and cares strongly about her fellow gang members. Considered Carlos like a little brother and still misses him. Remembers/references fallen Saints (Lin, Carlos, Aisha, Gat) more than the other voices. Has a love of unicorns, even as an adult woman. Is allergic to cats. Considers herself very girly and feminine. Has a healthy diet regimen and hates Freckle Bitch's. Also thinks Saints Flow is poisonous and would never drink it herself. Is far more good than evil. Catchphrases: (in Spanish) "Die, shithead!", (in English) "I've got to defend the Saints."
FEMALE VOICE 1 (Caucasian Female, Laura Bailey) - Though not the same voice actor, is supposed to be the same Female Voice 1 character from Saints Row 2. Hates the new Shaundi. Starts to slowly become attached to Kinzie. Grew up around guns. Had a good relationship with her father and learned how to use firearms from him. Had a normal childhood. Was a former cheerleader in high school and is very athletic (or "nimble", as she puts it). Doesn't date much. Has more social fears (like dying alone) than physical fears, like bullets or fire. Sees a regular therapist and believes she's not responsible for her own actions. Is more lighthearted than the other Boss voices. Is a former stripper. Considers herself very attractive, as well as a great dancer. Is on a co-ed Curling team. Is more good than evil. Catchphrase: "Not cool..."/"Not cool, [noun]!"
MALE VOICE 2 (Black Male, Kenn Michael) - Is the same Black Male voice from Saints Row 2. More serious and aggressive than the other voices. More of a street gang leader than the other voices. Has more of a fear of animals than humans. Bullied nerds in high school. Hates the fame the Saints now have and prefers a low profile. Very much likes his privacy, thus the reason for being mute in the original game. Has a low tolerance of Pierce. Doesn't care if Shaundi lives or dies. Was attracted to Lin when she was still alive. Has an irrational fear of bees. Is more evil than good. Catchphrase: "No way [enemy name or gang] would take ME out!"
