Using some footage from the Warner Brothers '94 movie "Interview With the Vampire" (a personal favorite), along with the track "Scent of Death" from the soundtrack, I made this tiny little creation (like Claudia herself). It's really short, but what did you expect for what started as an experiment at 3 AM due to my inabilty to fall asleep. You should see the movie and read the book by Anne Rice that it was based on.

Actully it come from the concept that the Sun is A symbol of God the christ an light destroy darkness an in Christian Folk Lore Vamps are symbols of satan or darkness so the sun destroys them this like it shin through darkness.

@scottschambers60 She got kidnapped along with Louis and Claudia. So they threw her in there too.

@weinmj Her name is Madeleine. The subplot of her turning is longer in the book, but her basic backstory is that she lost her child and since Claudia wanted a new companion for when Louis would eventually leave her, she agreed because Claudia reminded her of her deceased daughter. They mentioned this briefly in the film.

a. rice said they wouldnt be able to use their dresses because it was suposed to be like eveything they are touching will burn with them. she said it in a behind the scenes vid. i saw it on my dvd of interview with the vampire.

who is that lady??? I saw the movie and she just ranomly showed up and claudia wanted louie to change her. IS she a bigger charicter in the book or something???

she burned in the sun because they claimed she killed Lestat (which turns out that Lestat is hard to kill cuz he never died and he shows up again at the end the movie), not because she was too young. Armand made this happen using it as an excuse to get rid of her so he can have Louie. but Louie turned him down haha! because he knew Armand had Claudia killed.

I think personally, vampires should/do burn in the sun do to the fact that they have no living cells, so therefore have no skin cells, so they would have a really bad sun burn.

IWTV has to be my favorite interpretation of vamps because they don't make them to ....cartoonish in a sense with over the top flying and teleporting like other movies. They made these creatures seem real, and yet still as demons. They didnt do much flying or levitating unless they were burning to death and things like that.
