I have a plan, why doesn't the city of Philadelphia hold a Telethon! Philadelphia's population is about 1.6 million, and if every city resident would contribute just thirty dollars, that would instantly balance the budget! If most large cities held these telethons every other year, it would keep the amount of taxation down, and you could also be able to keep track of these funds more efficiently!

Mr. Nutter please help philly out u know we are doing bad and i know we have alot to do before we get better but da safe link is a great idea and if trac-phone dont want u to test them then go to da next person whose willing to work with u which i know there is another provider waiting this phone can really hlep us, thank u for ur time and forgive me for have u take time from ur busy schedule to read this. Well articulated, Mr. Nutter. While I am a social conservative and a moderate in most other issues, I can agree with most of what he said. Thumbs up to the mayor of Philadelphia
