  • The test was to transmit for two seconds and be silent for three. Since the trip to the moon and back is about 2.5 seconds and the second tone starts at that time it must be from the moon. If there were three seconds of silence then there would be no return signal. The most impressive thing it the signal strength is so loud. Some of it does have a lower volume you can be sure that is the one from the moon.

  • This is what happens when you accidentally record audio on your cell phone while riding on an elevator. LOL...

    Eerie stuff... got any more?

  • moss1transcendant: "so whats this moon bounce ? how can you accertain it is a signal from earth to moon and back .."

Measure the time delay between either start of finish off the 'pulse' (tone) sent. The round trip time is around 2.56 seconds, since radio waves travel at the speed of light and we know the distance of the earth to the moon.

  • I can hear the echos, faintly and this vindicates the K7AGE video. He may have received better echos, since I assume HAARP blasts a hole in I sphere and then return signals travel back in through the opening.

NVIS or high angle HF propagation delivers much strong signals when a receiver is located near the source.

  • I don't think that is HAARP sounds like a ham's lunar echo experment in another video. POWER SDR with the Flex-5000

  • moon bouce is sending a signal to the moon and bouncing it off the moon and back to earth

  • so whats this moon bounce ? how can you accertain it is a signal from earth to moon and back .. interesting
