@PrincesaLaura1993 This was two years ago before they switched to Unity . So now I use Windows7, Mac OS X Lion , and Linux Mint on my HP/PC ... I dropped Ubuntu .

I really don't like PCLinuxOS I hate the Windows style of it... I would rather use Linux Mint... or better yet Ubuntu Linux...

I use tune-up 1-click maintenance. its a good program.

I have an AMD 64 Turion computer I completely whiped out Windows XP Now my computer is an expensive paper weight? Can anyone point me in a direction of how I can get an operating system back on this laptop?

@bornkool get JULinux8 Stable and burn it to a DVD. Boot off of and install it.

well i have a acer aspire 5610z and its fucking fast foo, any way i can conect to the internet by wired netword, how do you connect to a wireless network whith password help??

Take the wireless card out and put an external wireless (usb or PCMCIA) card in.

Here is an update guys. Instead of PCLinuxOS use Ultumix at mindblowingidea dot com / Ultumix. It works better than PCLinuxOS 2007 and it is easier for Windows users than Ubuntu or PCLinuxOS.
