At the end of the video you point out that lead free solder melts and a higher temp than that with lead... I thought it was the other way around. So what solder balls did you use?

Lead 183c to 187c depending on mix

Its a JBC station made in Spain and comes with a hefty price tag, we were unable to find a cheaper alternative so just made the investment

The Wick of choice is either Techspray or Chemwick, we dont buy anything from Ratshack

What solder wick are you using? It seems to work very well. I'm so sick of crappy Radioshack brand!

Also...I'm really curious to know what iron you are using, with the flat edge.
