We were in Lockhart 2 weeks ago. It was Sunday. Only Black's is opened. I had the best brisket in my life. I will return to Lockhart to try the others. Lockhart is definitely the capital of BBQ

Simply put, Smitty's is Legendary.... Best brisket and Pork Ribs I've ever had.... The Hot Links aren't too shabby either... Also, get some pinto beans, they are outstanding!!! Potato Salad is average at best... But all in all, best BBQ I've ever had... Very friendly atmosphere as well... Just don't ask for BBQ sauce or forks... lol...
