    2 things - since there are 3 credit reference agencies, I wouldn't mention names if I weren't going to list them all; while there may not be an official black list, lenders can still blacklist you by disclosing information to other lenders (banks for example usually hide behind T&C's and won't tell you if and what they tell each other about you - the new bank assumes you're guilty of something and won't even listen to you).
