Are you talking about put the sub on the vid? If so, you can use Virtual Dub to hard sub it.

This is 1 of the very first MV I subbed with Aegisub. These effects were from Aegisub tutorial, you can google Aegisub manual then click the first result (aegisub . cellosoft . com). It's a little difficult at first, try and try you'll be able to do it soon!
