    I'm inclined to agree, but I also agree that you shut up and do what you're told in the kitchen - especially if you're lucky enough to be learning from MPW or Gordon Ramsay or Heston Blumenthal.... Rick Stein, too... I'd give anything for a few weeks on their brigade...

    But yeah, MPW was a very different man when he was young. Michelin hunting, you go nuts over the smallest things... Unfortunately one french super chef took his own life over rumors that he was about to lose a star.. He didn't.
