haven't been around the game much lately but i like to pick up the stx every once in a while... yes i pretty much had no left at the time lol. but during game could catch throw and cradle left.

@LBC6893 keep your bottom hand loose like when you're cradling, and what I do is I just put my thumb on top of the stick pretty hard, but keep the other fingers light pressure, then I pull back with my thumb. that works for me, idk about u tho

@Laxman921 haha I can do it with glove bro....... I was not trying to make a point when I did this video some years ago lol. Maybe I will get my gloves sent here to Japan and try it again.

Wow been 4 years since I added this video. I miss the game alot. When and If I return to the east coast, Hopefully I can find a club team to play with. Just for those who didn't see the description, I never did any of that in the game... just the basic cradle/handling nothing more lol.

im far from amazing brother lol. check out the pros guys. I didn't start playing lacrosse until 9th grade in high school. If my coach seen this lol he would not approve lol. I have not played in years. I miss the game.
