I still want to dropkick the idiot that thought it'd be a good idea to leave Robert and Mai out of the arcade version.

what is supercancel & dreamcancel means?

A super cancel means canceling a special move to link it with a supermove.
A dreamcancel works the same way, you cancel a supermove into a super desesperation move.
