As an aside, 30th November 1981 seems spot-on to me. I received this album as a Christmas present (on cassette!) that year, and it had just been released.

@nightmoves44 "The Visitors", originally "Den första" (meaning "The First"), was the final single release from ABBA's studio album of the same name, released in the United States in 1982.

" The Visitors " Recorded Oct 22, 1981 and released in 1982 was the final single release!

" The Day Before You Came " Released Oct 18th, 1982 and was their last ABBA recording!

" One of Us " Recorded Oct 21st, 1981 It was the 1st single released from " The Visitors " and was their last hit song!

@ji61m Actually The Visitors was not the final single release in the United States. The Day Before You Came was issued as a single, as was One of Us, and both failed to chart on the Hot 100 singles. One of Us came close though by hitting # 107 in early '83. I know this because I own the later single, and have seen the single pressing of TDBYC in used record stores.
