dang..nice, yea i come from fox high school St. Louis, MISSOURI. Our team isn't good but our best guy has a pr of 16:28, and mine is 17:02, me and him are the best guys and everyone else on varsity is over 18 minutes...it makes me mad but oh well. Good Luck at districts yo, hopefully u make it to state, i know i will

Number one girl this year is around the 18 minutes for 5k I believe, and our number one guy is typically around 16 flat. Girls are ranked 1 in state, and guys are 8th I think. We started the season as 5th, and both teams are ranked in the region, girls in the Nation.

It's actually not one song, it's a mix of several short clips that are commonly used for many Hollywood trailers. Thus, why it sounds so good, lol
