First of all I want to inform you that I never owned CPC and my opinion is based on what I've seen on YouTube. You're wrong about absence of startup tune on ZX version, it has music, though, not such pleasant. As for attributes clashing, it's not a problem in this game, and if you look again, you'll see no much graphic defects.

This and Exolon were two of the best Amstrad games ever. Spectrum version didnt come close. Think the c64 ver was even better. Not sure gonna check after watching this.

I remember this.
It's very hard game.
I had managed to disable the sprite collision by a poke ! (My first hacking !)
This is the only game I know that uses the "border" in Amstrad !

@MrOreshkin In which aspect spectrum version is better? All I've seen in the spectrum version is that the attributes clashing like crazy, there is no AY intro music and the sound effects are a very nice and complete collection of juicy, smelly farts... Please explain the grateness of the zx version because I 've trouble finding out myself...
