A look at The Caretaker from Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando

Dr. Albert Caine, AKA The Caretaker, was introduced as the icon for Halloween Horror Nights 12 in 2002. He is the caretaker of the Shady Oaks Cemetery.
The tagline for that year was "Your Time Has Come." This was the first year the event took place in Islands of Adventure instead of Universal Studios. It was dubbed "Islands of Fear".
