  • I think its codes the government uses to secretly announce messages to secret agents/employees or whatever

  • 1337

  • ENTIRE STATION IS BABY

  • These codes are called One-time pad codes or Vernam cipher. They are unbreakable. The tune reminds me of a British TV Ad for fudge sticks. To this tune the ditty, "A finger of fudge is just enough to give your kids a treat." As of last night many of these stations were still broadcasting. I heard this on the 30m band.

  • THE NUMBERS MASON. WHAT DO THEY MEAN?

  • i find number station so interesting yet so creepy. i mean the fact that they broadcast that music but nobody is there. 0.0

  • you have the radio on the wrong modulation you n00b

  • @gonepishing i think i like it cause its so creepy ... i think this is the closest im gonna get to doing things for the government...unless its ,"miss, put your hands on your head!"

  • @farty1000 I believe it has gone quiet. The job has been taken over by an Australian numbers station.

  • The definitive noise of the Cold War. MI6 calling... :D
