These codes are called One-time pad codes or Vernam cipher. They are unbreakable. The tune reminds me of a British TV Ad for fudge sticks. To this tune the ditty, "A finger of fudge is just enough to give your kids a treat." As of last night many of these stations were still broadcasting. I heard this on the 30m band.
