    ho visto quasi tutti i video e ho notato che non usi i piedi....alza le punte a tutti gli esercizi..inoltre fai delle esercitazione che rinforza la parte anteriore dei piedi.....ovviamente prendilo come un consiglio e non come un "richiamo"
