Social Media is a topic on many business owners' minds. The 'Why', 'How', 'When' are all questions now being explored as a changing emphasis is occuring in the communication channels between client and supplier.

Video for example has become as easy and important as text. With the explosion of video cameras and easy distribution worldwide with one mouse click, business use of video has seen a dramatic rise. Messaging has gone far beyond the traditional private email to grow into instant public message broadcasting like Twitter. Blogs have become the powerhouse platform of Social Media allowing web sites to be created in minutes and adapted for either business or private use. Social Media communities like Second Life, Face Book, My Space, Linkedin, YouTube plus numerous others are all changing the face of the internet.
