@rh741 Oh look it up before you correct someone else, the tips of two of the middle fingers on his right hand were cut off in a sheet metal factory. He created his own prosthetics, which created the deep, haunting, melodic sound of the Sabbath Metal Guitar riffs. There are several live videos you can even see them on.
