HAIR POLICE
Working with the traditional rock trinity of guitar, bass and drums, as well as power electronics, tape manipulation and oscillators, Hair Police - a trio from Lexington, KY featuring Mike Connelly of Wolf Eyes - build a demonic wall of sound straddling the boundary between thrash metal and industrial noise. The band have been spewing out a huge back catalogue for legendary labels such as American Tapes, Animal Disguise, Chondritic Sound, Hanson and Conelly's own Gods of Tundra imprint and most recently the incredible 'Constantly Terrified' album for Troubleman Unlimited. This is seriously not to be missed stuff!

  • You guys suck. This is fucking terrible and brutal not in a good way. Dont quit your day jobs you posers....... wait a minute, posers of what? Shit? Shit posers?

  • You met an Atari 2600 playing a kid? No amount of LSD could produce such an illusion & I sense you aren't lying. That must have been some experience. Did you feel sorry for SY, the Atari AND the unfortunate child/young goat?

  • I remember seeing these guys with Sonic Youth, I think around 2004. I had no desire to endure this type of expression, but I owed my friend a concert. After every pointless dirge like this, I shouted threats and obscenities at the band. I was one of seven or eight people there...

During Sonic Youth, I met the Atari 2600 (?) playing kid at the bar. He was a weird skinny lil fellow, so I told him I thought his music was "cool". Looking back now, I realized I actually felt sorry for them...
