1980/81 it had many RSR type mods and twin plug work at Ruf & Porsche in Germany. Then in late 80's full Bob Holcombe upgrades . I recently put in another 30K with Bob Jones Autowerks San Antonio, TX. Fun car, but recently sold. Tooo loud and aggressive and cant get the wife in it. So I have moved into a 993 Twin Turbo. Much more tame, but I will soon mod yet keep a bit more refined. Maybe a full Ruf conversion or better yet if Holcombe will work on it. We will see.

so how did you limit the boost exactly?

@riseofthefallen301 Boost controller is a device to control the boost level produced in the intake manifold of a turbocharged engine by affecting the air pressure delivered to the pneumatic and mechanical wastegate actuator. The actuator (wastegate) simple opens at selected pressures. Managed by a digital device in the cabin. I show it in my other video.

Love the sound of it. What type of exhaust is on it?

@SilentDiablo - Bob Holcombe from - modeincparts - simply fantastic stuff. I don't think I'd get many challenges in claiming that Bob may be one of the finest porsche/mod/fabricators in the world. I have had the car on the track allot - totally bullet proof work.

Love the Gotti J55As, perfect time correct wheels for this car.

@Pintac87 Thanks - your the first to see the same as I. In any event I replaced them with gun metal 18" HRE's. 18" use tires with considerably less rubber walls vs. the 15" Gotti's. The small wall offers considerably more control over large wall. 18 is the limit. Once I move into 19's things become less forgiving. Also glad to be out the insaenly expensive tires on the 15".
