  • N'Orleans has responded well to the Nitty Gritty's salvo ... Great town! Great restaurants! Great street music! Great clubs! Great Jazz Fest and Heritage ...

  • Nitty Gritty Dirt Band played at the Central States Fair last summer, it was an awsome time!!! They can really put on a consert!!!

  • Great military uniforms.... A big X across their chest? What were they thinking? Someone needs to fire the seamstress!!!

  • From what I have read, the Brit's were not cowards, they did not run, as in a rout., although they did retreat. Don't rely on the victor's song for your history lesson. The British were not chicken. Stupid maybe, but not chicken.

I love playing this song on my fiddle, I always think of an overjoyed people dancing around a bonfire at the word of the victory when I hear this song..

  • on november 11th, 2011 (11/11/11) at 11:11 a.m. make a super wish the biggest wish of your life lmao im such a nerdd

  • @jerixthatsxme Uh, the USA is the only country that has "America" in her Nation's title. The Mexicans, Brazilians and all the rest do not identify themselves as we do. "The Americas" is a geographer's term for North and South American continents, as well as the name for the new world destination for freedom-loving people to go to to escape the old world. Unfortunately, a new distination for the slave trade as well. Anyway, great song/pictures and thanks for the posting!

  • @23cyclone that would be so awesome haha

  • YEEEEEEEHAAAAAW!!!!!!!!!
