Excellent match, Danial. You took control early and maintained your lead aggresively without being overzealous and losing focus. You kept your arms in, keeping your opponent from using them as a target- good strategy. Try to vary your takedowns- maybe work on the fireman's carry. Also, around the 2:40 mark, you seemed to get tired- do more cardi work- it might help if you join the cross country team for conditioning.

The only thing I see that is a little off daniel, is your arms. You want T-rex arms and come closer yo the other guy, for easier shoots.

nice job I am 10 and i wrestle for Mcdowell good luck but one thing just work on singles doubles firemans carries and arm bars and you could go all the way to states good luck nice job

Hes good i have wrestled for 7 years and won many state and national championships and he looks just like me when i was younger just work on singles and doubles.
